Returns

14 Days Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. All orders we send have tracking and delivery dates which are what will be referred to as the date of arrival and the date that your 14 days begin.

Should you wish to return your order in full then please drop us an email via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you further.

Please allow 1-2 business days for our initial response, but we do tend to reply much sooner to help you as quickly as we can.

We do not cover your return postage unless items have arrived faulty, damaged or missing items, which we ask if you can notify us, as soon as possible.

Once your items have been received back to us, please allow 1-2 business days for us to review and confirm your refund. Usually, if items are returned as expected we will refund you right away. If we find anything that differs from the communication between us and the customer before the items were sent, unless damaged or affected by the shipping provider, we have the right to refuse the return and we will notify you of this.

Faulty/Damaged Items

Should there be any reason you need to return your items due to being damaged or faulty, they are required to be returned in the same condition they were received. We may request photos to be shared with us so we can liaise with the shipping provider if need be.

We do ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery if items have arrived to you damaged or faulty, please.

Missing Items

Should your order have arrived missing any items, please pop us a message and we are happy to discuss this with you and arrange for any missing items to be replaced. We may request photos to be shared with us so we can liaise with the shipping provider if need be if your order has been damaged in transit.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Requests

Please request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase and you can do this by emailing directly via a reply to your order email.

We do not ask questions as to why you wish to cancel and you do not need to provide any reason, just pop us an email, before you have received your despatch email, and we can review and refund your order back via the method you paid.

Should your order have been despatched, we can no longer cancel your order however pop us an email anyway if you wish to discuss a return after it has arrived.

What are your despatch times?

Our current despatch time is 1-3 business days.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Although we offer RM24 tracked service, this will be delivered following Royal Mail’s postage journey once your order has been dispatched.

Do you send out orders on weekends?

Royal Mail collects orders from us Monday to Friday (business days).
