Will I receive tracking information?
We send your tracking information when we despatch your order but if you don’t get this email then you should receive direct messages from Royal Mail via Email & SMS about when to expect your delivery.
The item says delivered but I can’t find it.

Please drop us an email via our contact form and let us know your order number, email address and address used for your order and we can take a look for you.
With Royal Mail, the postage we offer is RM24 and RM48 which are tracked from our door to yours.
In the meantime, if we can ask you to check all the “hiding” places they may have popped it if you were out (we usually send a large letter so should fit through your door) but if it’s bigger they may have left it in one of your secret locations. If we can also ask you to check with your neighbours, in case Royal Mail didn’t leave a note with you to let you know.
How long after my order is made, will you hand deliver?
We will contact you within 1-2 working days from your order for hand delivery. We will use any of the contact details provided within your order to contact you to arrange this.
How can I get receive shipping?
We do offer free shipping from time to time, so please follow our socials to keep updated on this. If you would like to gain free shipping any time, then you can receive free shipping if your order is £35 or more.
