About Us

Who are Pearl Aromas?

Pearl Aromas is a hand-poured luxury wax melt company, located in Norfolk.

We started out in October 2020 with a passion to create wax melts that not only had a strong scent throw but were long-lasting, pearlescent & crisp. You can read more about us over on our About Us page, I mean if you fancy it.

Are you CLP Compliant?

Are you Insured?

We have public liability insurance and are happy to share our documents to review upon request.

How to use the website

How do I order?

Once you have chosen your melts and added them to your basket, head over to your basket page and follow the directions of how to pay + selection of shipping options.

Can I amend my order?

Once your order has been received it is no longer editable, however, if you wish to add to your order, please email us within 2 hours or purchase and we can offer you free shipping for your add-on order, allowing you to avoid paying twice.

Will my payment be secure?

Yes! Absolutely. Our website is covered by an SSL Certificate which means Secure Sockets Layer and all websites must have this.

What this means for us individually is that when making card payments via our website, we use a payment provider called Stripe and this is a safe provider, used worldwide.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

How do I use wax melts?

Remove all packaging and place your new Pearl Aromas wax melt into the well of your wax melt burner.

We advise using an unscented tealight, not only to experience the full scent throw of your wax melt but also some fragranced tea lights can burn hotter than regular ones, and once inside your burner can be a safety hazard.

Our wax melts can be used in either a tea light-led or electric burner, so please follow the manufacturer’s instructions accordingly on how long to burn your melts.

How do I remove the wax melt from the burner?

Once you are happy you have finished with the wax melt, then you have some options on how to remove it from your wax melt burner.

♡ Option 1 – Light your burner (or turn it on for electrical wax burners) and wait a few moments for it to heat up. Then when the middle of the melt is warm, try giving it a little wiggle and it should come away whole. You may have some small leftover wax on the burner which you can clean up with a cotton pad.

♡ Option 2 – Following the above steps, you can light your burner (or turn it on for electrical wax burners) and await for the wax to completely melt, and use some cotton pads to soak up the wax. Please be careful as the wax will be very hot!

♡ Option 3 – If you are using a wax melt liner, then once your wax has solidified you can pop the wax out easily and pop it into the general waste bin.
