With October being Breast Cancer Awareness month and an illness close to my heart, we are sending free booby wax melts with every order from the 18th of October.
I will start things from an honest perspective and I know she won’t mind me sharing, but my mum was recently diagnosed with ductal breast cancer. Which is cancer of the breast duct. It was only through a routine mammogram that it was spotted and she was referred to the breast clinic at our local hospital.
When we found out, she had a follow-up appointment 1 week later and then an operation 2-3 weeks after that so within a 3-4 week period the lump has been found, reviewed and operated on. (Big up the NHS). She is due to have another operation as they didn’t manage to get it the first time around but the lump is around 1cm in size and not a fast grower (thankfully) and this will follow with radiotherapy in due course.
So what can we do to raise awareness?
Well you know me, I like to make wax melts and I like to raise awareness for charities, especially ones close to my heart so, we cannot really do a charitable donation from selling wax melts as such but what I can do is tell you guys to check your boobs!
So with every order from 18th October to 31st October, you will receive a pair of wax melt boobs in some way shape or form (you may get random boobs, a single boob or a booby tart). This is our way of giving something to you guys for free as a reminder to go check your boobs (and anywhere else for that matter).
Then if you wish to make a charitable donation to Breast Cancer or Cancer Research then we highly recommend it. We will be donating at the end of October to Breast Cancer to help continue the work that they do to keep people fighting.
What scents are included?
We have already hand-poured and have been sending out, our booby wax melts in the scent Classic JP. Which is similar in scent to the classic Jean Paul Gaultier perfume. This is my mum’s favourite perfume so this is a shoutout to her for being a trooper.

When your boobs come in (lol) then we would love to see you melting them, so please tag us if possible so we can share and continue to raise awareness!
Wear it Pink
Today is also Breast Cancer Awareness day so wear pink – to be fair I don’t suit pink and I will be wearing it!
